Michael Martinez

Michael MartinezWith 20 years of experience in marketing and finance, Michael has held management positions with Tickets.com, ConAgra Foods, Nobel Biocare, Calmar International, and the U.S. Army.

Michael developed the latest marketing strategy and innovate campaign in the tech industry as VP Marketing at Tickets.com. At ConAgra Foods, he was an integral part of multicultural marketing in the development and implementation of the Company’s foray into targeting Hispanics and African Americans.

Prior to his marketing experience, Michael held positions in financial controllership, business line profitability modeling, and forecasting. His unique blend of finance experience as well as marketing has provided him with the unique ability to develop business and marketing plans with sound financial support.

In 2005, Michael was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserves where he has served with distinction for over 25 years. He has performed duties as an army aviator and most recently as a logistics officer.


Constance Hughes

Constance HughesWith 17 years of experience in integrated marketing plan development and communication strategy, Constance held leadership positions in Fortune 500 CPG companies such as Alpo Petfoods, The Pillsbury Company, Campbell’s Soup, ConAgra Foods, and PepsiCo Foodservice.

As an innovative integrated marketing specialist, Constance has been recognized for superior creative judgment and high standards. With classical marketing credentials forged in the CPG industry, Constance strategically builds on communication strategies using compelling consumer insights and disciplined positioning studies to develop successful communication platforms that have driven positive business results. Constance also has many of years of experience building the Integrated Marketing discipline including strategic sourcing initiatives.

In addition to brand platform development, Constance has held roles focused on new product development, pipeline strategies and new product processes. Her R&D experience consists of the positioning and commercialization strategies for launches such as Pace Mexican Sauces, Prego Pasta Bakes, Pillsbury One-Step Cookies, Banquet Dessert Bakes, Banquet Fries, Healthy Choice Ultragrain Flour and PepsiCo/YUM Brands Frutisa Freeze frozen beverages.
