Caroline D. Roe Caroline brings to Pozzani & Associates her expertise in using both quantitative & qualitative research tools to enhance insights and enrich Marketing strategy.

With 18 years of experience in formulating research plans & bringing business insights to Marketing challenges, Caroline has held management positions with The Pillsbury Company, S.C. Johnson & Son, Fisher-Price Toys & Roundy’s Supermarkets. Over the years she has helped iconic brands such as Häagen-Dazs, Green Giant, Pillsbury, Windex, Ziploc & Fisher-Price to grow and prosper.

Caroline has significant experience managing research projects in countries around the globe. At Pillsbury she established the research function for the International division, being responsible for all research outside of the U.S. & Canada. She continues to use this expertise to help clients succeed around the world.

Her education path took her first to Denison University in Granville, Ohio where she earned a B.S. in Psychology, followed by receiving a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Psychology from Duke University. Caroline has used this expertise in understanding how consumers think throughout her career to gain deeper insights into how consumers process Marketing communications & make purchase decisions.
